# Networks (devnet vs mainnet)

Black Sheep runs against two Solana clusters.

## Switching networks

Per-account in **Dashboard → Settings → Network**. Switching the network does **not** move wallets — each wallet is bound to the network it was created on. Production accounts should pin to `mainnet` and never switch back.

## Getting devnet funds

* **SOL** — use the **Airdrop 1 SOL** button on the wallet page, or run `solana airdrop 1 <pubkey> --url devnet`.
* **USDC (devnet mint)** — use a [Circle devnet faucet](https://faucet.circle.com/) or mint from your own test mint.

## Mainnet checklist

Before flipping to mainnet:

* [ ] API keys are stored in a real secret manager, not `.env.local`.
* [ ] Policies are reviewed — `max_tx_usdc` and `daily_limit_usdc` reflect business reality, not test values.
* [ ] At least one webhook endpoint is configured for `approval.pending`.
* [ ] An on-call rotation exists for approvals.
* [ ] The agent wallet's pubkey is documented somewhere outside the dashboard.
